Ashecroft Homes and Homesites
Ashecroft’s quarter-acre homesites range in character from thickly wooded forest to long-range Blue Ridge Mountain views. Each homesite has been carefully planned with both views and privacy in mind. Ashecroft properties are sold as house/lot packages with multiple house plans to choose from.
All Ashecroft homesites are accessed from paved streets with curb and gutter storm water drainage. Each property is served by municipal sewer and water with underground electricity, natural gas, cable and internet.
Several versions of the Gordon, MacBride, and Forsyth house plans are featured below, each offering a choice of exterior elevations and floor plans.
The Gordon - Plan A
3 or 4 bedrooms/2, 2.5 or 3.5 baths
The Gordon A offers complete single-level living with several optional additions: an added powder room, a small office, and a second floor bonus room and bath. Covered porch for outdoor living. On sloped homesites, a walkout lower level can be added. 2223 main level only, 2805 with optional finished second level.
The Gordon - Plan B
3 or 4 bedrooms/2, 2.5 or 3.5 baths
This version of The Gordon provides the same floor plan and all the options as Plan A, but with a different front elevation.
The MacBride - Plan A
3 bedroom/2.5 baths
The MacBride is designed to accommodate many lifestyles – from efficient single-level living for empty-nesters, to a multi-level design offering second floor bedrooms for larger families or guests. Covered porch for outdoor living. In cases where the chosen homesite can accommodate it, the MacBride also offers an optional walkout lower level. 2787 sq ft

This version of The MacBride provides the same floor plan and all the options as Plan A but with a different front elevation.
The Forsyth - Plan A
3 bedroom/2.5 baths
The Forsyth has everything in an efficient package – 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, main level living (with extra bedrooms and full bath upstairs), open floor plan, covered porch, and 2-car garage – in less than 2,000 sq. ft. A lower level walk-out basement is available on certain homesites. Fireplace, main level den/bonus/office on all plans. 2163 sq ft
The Forsyth - Plan B
3 bedroom/2.5 baths
This Forsyth plan offers the same features as other plans but with a lower level 2-car garage to accommodate the slope of certain homesites. The lower level offers ample space for a large workshop.
The Forsyth - Plan C
3 bedroom/2.5 baths
Another Forsyth house plan with the same floor plan, features and options as Plan A along with a walk-out basement available on certain homesites.
The Hamilton
3 bedroom/2.5 baths
The Hamilton offers main level living, with an open floor plan, fireplace, and covered rear porch. Two extra bedrooms and full bath upstairs for family or guests. A basement can be added on sloped lots. 2104 sq ft
The Stuart
3 bedroom/2.5 baths
The Stuart offers two levels of square footage at 2,172 sq. ft. Or select the floor plan option with a lower level with added living space totaling 2.486 sq. ft.
